I spent most of today updating the the website.

Almost all content pages are now in markdown, for easy editing.
Execptions are the 404 page and one of the tutorials, the "configuration
by goal" tutorial uses code blocks within a table and I don't think
thay is possible in markdown.

On the test site, I have dropped in a very basic bootstrap template.
I don't regard what I have done as final, rather it just makes sure
the framework is there and can be used for experimenting with in future.
