[Firehol-support] Firehol + SER

Hi,

Could you please add these two lines at the top of your firehol.conf:

server_sip_ports="udp/5060"
client_sip_ports="5060 default"

It seems that the original definition for SIP in firehol.conf has only 
the default client ports, while your system uses 5060 for the client 
ports too.
I have fixed this in v1.242
