[Firehol-support] ftp on non-standard port

If you look into my initial email, I wrote I have done so already ;)
It's still a 2.6.18 kernel so I need to pass this parameters to 
ip_conntrack_ftp.

I see the problems now with the generated ruleset coming from firehol,
as the RELATED rules does not match this packets - I guess they get 
already DROPed somewhere before.
