[Firehol-support] Installing v2.0.3 on Ubuntu 14.04

Hey Jerome,
OK cool, I see it looks pretty straight forward.
I've looked at the source and I've just learned firehol is a bash script.
I never knew that, just used it from the command line and assumed it was a
binary from apt-get.
For my local workstation, local VirtualBox and remote VMs (digitalocean.com)
I'll just copy in the firehol.in file in to the $PATH.
I like to use Upstart, I don't see an example .conf for that, but it's
simple enough to create my own (so that firehol will run on start up).
All good then, really looking forward to using version 6.
