[Firehol-support] update-ipsets

[Russel Winder]

The update-ipsets command in the firehol-tools package on Debian Sid
appears not the have a disable command only an enable command. What is
the way of disabling an ipset? (One of the ipsets takes hours to update
and I am not sure I will use that one.)
