[Firehol-support] [ANNOUNCE] FireHOL 3.1.3 released

I have released version 3.1.3 of FireHOL.

Major changes:

This version should do a better job of detecting the difference between
IP address ranges and hostnames with hyphens in.

However, don't use hostnames in your configuration [1], use an ipset [2].

Minor changes:

We now produce relative links from sbin to the actual executables where
the tools support doing so. This should resolve problems with packaging 
and installation which use DESTDIR.
