Firehol does not start on Ubuntu

Hello all,

Issues 198 and 431 have been on Github for very long now but they have 
not been resolved. On Ubuntu version 20.10 and up Firehol fails to start 
properly at boot time requiring a manual "service firehol start" or 
similar to get it up and running. This is true for every clean install 
of Ubuntu server and the default firehol package.

I manage a pool of about 15 Ubuntu servers and they all share this same 
issue.

If this is not the right place to get the problem resolved please advice 
on where to go with this.
