In http://firehol.org the answer to the first question begins "FireHOL 
is a language ...". 

Good!  Formal languages are foundational in computing.

The best way I know to explain a formal language is with a table 
of two columns. The left column contains EBNF for the syntax; 
the right has semantics.

Does an EBNF for FireHOL syntax exist?
