[Firehol-support] Firehol and Wondershaper or CBQ

Well, I'm using my own script, which is available here:
http://students.fct.unl.pt/~cer09566/ctshaper/

It does the same as Wondershaper but a bit better (IMHO, but I'm
biased). It uses HTB (which is both simpler and more effective than
CBQ), and I'm using it together with FireHOL (the tarball contains a
firehol.conf snippet with the necessary rules).
