[Firehol-support] FireQOS - legend with dropped class

Hello Costa and hello to everyone else!

With "fireqos status out" (for example) the COMMIT in the first lines
near the legend of one class is RED (dropped) and during the sliding
of the "Class Utilization section" there aren't color code (packets).
Occasionally there are YELLOW (backlog) in other class.
The QDISC is fq_code (autodetected) and the committed rate during
fireqos start is 99%

Why?
