[Firehol-support] FireQOS - legend with dropped class

Hi Sim,

The red background on the COMMIT line means that the class dropped one
or more packets at some time in the past.
Even 1 dropped packet will turn the COMMIT line red.

In the class utilization section the colors show what happens now, at
the specific second they are rendered.
Yellow numbers indicate there is a backlog, a red background indicate
dropped packets, at the specific point in time.
